Content: Only technical terms are allowed in the meme content.

Format: Meme templates will be provided on the spot. Participants must select a template based on the Hit or Pass option.

Restrictions: Offensive or inappropriate content, Political references, Abusive or vulgar language, Copying or recreating memes from the internet are strictly prohibited.

Judging: Judges' decision will be final and binding.
